HORNBACH

A series of ten absurdist slapstick shorts filmed in a Dutch meadow using a gigantic, fully functional 35mm film camera built entirely from materials available at HORNBACH. Inspired by classic silent comedy and the work of Laurel and Hardy and Buster Keaton, the films celebrate creativity, craftsmanship and the art of filmmaking. Created as part of HORNBACH's autumn 2026 advertising campaign, the production premiered at the 46th Nederlands Film Festival in Utrecht, alongside a 40-second cinema commercial.
